Mariposa Farm-to-Fork Dinner
Tickets are on sale now. Friday, October 9, at the Casto Oaks Wine vineyard, 6947 Hwy 49, Mariposa, at 5:00 PM: a seasonal dinner sourced from the very farms on the tour. Dinner tickets are $80 per person. Choose beef, fish or vegetarian when you book.

Focaccia with whipped herb butter

Beef: mesquite dry-rubbed tri-tip with a Syrah, shiitake and oyster mushroom sauce, garlic rosemary mashed potatoes
Fish: Monterey halibut with a Mediterranean beurre blanc, wild rice blend
Vegetarian: eggplant portobello with a Mediterranean beurre blanc, wild rice blend
Every plate comes with seasonal sautéed vegetables.
