UCCE Mariposa is proud to introduce you to their newest program – the UC Master Food Preserver Program, serving Mariposa, Tuolumne, Merced, Madera, and Fresno Counties! We offered our first training class in early 2022 and look forward to providing education on safe food preservation to the Central Valley and Foothill communities.

The Mariposa County Master Food Preservers will be at Big Table Ranch on October 15th.
