Raw Roots Farms – 2017 Tour Information

Raw Roots Farm is a a small, 3-acre fruit and vegetable farm located in Catheys Valley. Owners Andrew and Lauren Glikin sustainably manage this ecologically focused, sustainably grown, no-till farm. The farm produces over 100 varieties of produce, and much of that find its way to the tables of their 45 member CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). Many more local families benefit from the farm’s output through farmers markets and house sales.

Raw Roots Farm also serves as a learning center where Andrew, Lauren, and/or interns teach best practices of sustainable living such as natural building, grey water systems, and small-scale permaculture. This year the farm will have pumpkins and other fall produce available for purchase during the farm tour.
